 Today's reflection 

          

                                                                           Trip, trap, trip, trap


                                                     Once there lived a silly girl, who thought life was always fair. 

                                                     She obeyed every singel command, as she thought it was the right way.

                                                     Simple obedience; keeps trouble away. 

                                                     Yes, she sure was right, trouble was far away. 

                                                      Slowly, but surely she woke up one day.

                                                      When she trip, trap, trip, trap was falling, into hell. 

                                                      Only to wake up, to know all was not well. 

                                                      Her enchanted sight, woke up to the plight. 

                                                      Slowly, but steadily she was trip, trap , trip , trap falling into hell.

                                                      She pondered upon the philosophies of her life. 

                                                      The Bible was in the center of it all.

                                                      Waking up to the truth that obedience does not undermine,

                                                      equity and justice. 

                                                      Knowing that knowledge equals implementation.

 Hi Readers,  I am Shilpa Catherine and i am in my Forties. I am from India, but live in Europe. I always considered writing as my favorite pastime as a teenager. Writing was and is therapeutic and gives me an opportunity to explore my everyday life and reflect on my past and present.
